NOTICE OF ACTION TAKEN BY
TOWNSHIP OF CHATHAM ZONING BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE THAT on the 20th day of August 2026 the Zoning Board of Adjustment of the Township of Chatham in the County of Morris took the following actions:
Resolution for the construction of an addition to the rear of the dwelling and a new/enlarged rear patio, front landing/steps, and several retaining walls, on property designated as Block 61, Lot 4 on the Township Tax map and commonly known as 739 Fairmount Avenue. This property is in the R-3 Residential Zone.
Resolution for the construction of an addition to the existing dwelling, on property designated as Block 48.06, lot 19 on the Township Tax map and commonly known as 21 Peppermill Road. This property is in the R-3 Residential Zone.
Resolutions of the Zoning Board of Adjustment with respect to the above matters are adopted and are filed in the Zoning Board of Adjustment office and are available for public inspection.
