Zoning Board of Adjustment
The Board of Adjustment is an autonomous and quasi-judicial body that is responsible for reviewing applications for variation to the local land use regulations. Individuals, or developers, seeking a variance to the regulations must receive approval from the Board of Adjustment.
MEETING SCHEDULE
Regular meetings of the Board of Adjustment are held via Zoom at 7:30 PM on the third Thursday of the month, while working meetings are held the prior Wednesday at 7:30 PM.
