NOTICE OF ACTION TAKEN BY
TOWNSHIP OF CHATHAM ZONING BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE THAT on the 17th day of September 2026 the Zoning Board of Adjustment of the Township of Chatham in the County of Morris took the following action:
Resolution for the construction of a second-floor addition to the existing barn to create an independent dwelling unit on property designated as Block 144, Lot 20 on the Township Tax map and commonly known as 769 Shunpike Road, Green Village, New Jersey. This property is in the R-1 Residential Zone.
Resolution of the Zoning Board of Adjustment with respect to the above matter is adopted and is filed in the Zoning Board of Adjustment office and is available for public inspection.
