NOTICE OF ACTION TAKEN BY
TOWNSHIP OF CHATHAM PLANNING BOARD

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that on the 19th day of October, 2026 the Planning Board of the Township of Chatham in the County of Morris took the following action:

Denied and dismissed the application “Comfort Trail LLC” (the Applicant) without prejudice. Property Known as 552 River Road located in the R-5 Residential Zone, and designated as Tax Lot 60, Block 62 on the current tax map of the Township of Chatham.

Resolution granting the denial and dismissal without prejudice, of the Planning Board with respect to the above matter was adopted and is filed in the Planning Board office and is available for public inspection.
