TOWNSHIP OF CHATHAM PLANNING BOARD

                PLEASE TAKE NOTICE on the 20^th day of July 2026, the Planning Board of the Township of Chatham in the County of Morris took the following action:

The Planning Board of the Township of Chatham, County of Morris, State of New Jersey, granted an extension of time for a period of six months to the application of 50 MTN AVE., LLC to perfect the previously granted minor subdivision by deed filing.

Premises located at 50 Mountain Avenue, and designated as Block: 39, Lot 21 on the Official tax map of the Township of Chatham. The property is situated within the R-3 Residential District Zone.

The resolution of the Planning Board with respect to the above matter was adopted and is filed in the Township of Chatham Municipal Building located at 58 Meyersville Road, Chatham, NJ 07928 and is available for public inspection by appointment only by email at [email protected] , Monday through Friday from 9:00 am – 2:00 pm.
