NOTICE OF ACTION
TOWNSHIP OF CHATHAM
ZONING BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE THAT on the 21st day of May 2026 the Zoning Board of Adjustment of the Township of Chatham in the County of Morris took the following actions:

Resolution of dismissal without prejudice, on property designated as Block 62, Lot 54.03, on the Chatham Township Tax map, and commonly known as 616 River Road. This property is in the R5- Residential Zone.

Resolution of dismissal without prejudice, on property designated as Block 62, Lot 54.04, on the Chatham Township Tax map, and commonly known as 614 River Road. This property is in the R5- Residential Zone.

Resolution extending approval through July 31, 2026, to commence construction of the previously approved project on July 17, 2025, on property designated as Block 62, Lot 49, on the Chatham Township Tax map, and commonly known as 82 Sunset Drive.  This property is in the R-3 residential Zone.

Resolutions of the Zoning Board of Adjustment with respect to the above matters are adopted and are filed in the Zoning Board of Adjustment office and are available for public inspection.
