NOTICE OF ACTION TAKEN BY
TOWNSHIP OF CHATHAM ZONING BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE THAT on the 19th day of February 2026 the Zoning Board of Adjustment of the Township of Chatham in the County of Morris took the following action:
Minor Subdivision approval and use and bulk variance relief relating to the construction of a new single-family dwelling on each of the proposed lots resulting from the subdivision on property designated as Block 62.08, Lot 20 on the Chatham Township Tax Map, and commonly known as 765 Fairmount Avenue.. This property is in the R-3 Residential District Zone.
Resolution of the Zoning Board of Adjustment with respect to the above matter is adopted and is filed in the Zoning Board of Adjustment office and is available for public inspection.
