NOTICE OF ACTION TAKEN BY
TOWNSHIP OF CHATHAM ZONING BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE THAT on the 11th day of March 2026 the Zoning Board of Adjustment of the Township of Chatham in the County of Morris took the following action:
Bulk variances relief relating to the construction of a covered portico over the existing front stoop and two second-story dormers facing the front of the existing dwelling, on property designated as Block48.03, Lot 17 on the Chatham Township Tax Map, and commonly known as 27 Runnymede Road. This property is in the R-3 Residential District Zone.
Resolution of the Zoning Board of Adjustment with respect to the above matter is adopted and is filed in the Zoning Board of Adjustment office and is available for public inspection.
