Mark Lois is serving his first 3-year term on the Township Committee which began in 2022. In addition to his current sub-committee, liaison and advisory roles, Mark has served on the Finance Committee and the Joint Recreation Advisory Committee. Prior to being elected to his current position Mark has been a dedicated volunteer in Chatham Township. His volunteerism includes service as chairman of the Colony Pool Advisory Committee, volunteer gardener maintaining the Library grounds, swim team meet volunteer and active roles in his Church. On the Township Committee, Mark is a tireless advocate for quality-of-life improvements without tax increases and without added debt.
Mark and his wife have lived in Chatham Township since 2010 and are lifelong residents of New Jersey. He enjoys hiking, running and biking in the Township’s many outdoor resources and cheering on his son’s recreation and extracurricular activities. Mark is a graduate of Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute and a small business owner for more than 20 years. Mark and his wife attend Corpus Christi on Southern Blvd.
