The Township Administrator is the Chief Administrative Officer of the Township and is responsible for the administration of Township affairs and for implementing policies established by the Township Committee.
The Administrator is responsible for preparing the annual operating and capital budgets and oversees all day-to-day operations.
They also serve as the Township Purchasing Agent and Contracting agent. This means that the Township Administrator will supervise purchases by the Township and rendering of services to the Township.
The Administrator attends Committee meetings and performs all functions needed to give the governing body the information and tools needed to formulate policy and effectively operate the Township.
