Membership Account Setup Guide
As part of our continued efforts to enhance the membership experience, we are modernizing our check-in process to improve both speed at the gate and overall security. Beginning in Summer 2025, all members will be required to upload a photo to their membership profile and use a new QR-based check-in system. This updated system eliminates the need for printed ID cards and significantly reduces delays at the entrance. Uploading Photos to Your Membership Profile
With the start of the 2025 Season, we will be requiring all members to upload photos to their profiles. This change will improve club safety by enabling gate check-in staff to verify the identity of members at the front gate and prevent potential unauthorized entry into the property. Please see the step-by-step guide below for adding pictures to your profile. Images are provided to show the process on both desktop and mobile browsers.
Step 1: Log in to your colony profile at the following link: The Colony Pool Club – Chatham Township Parks & Recreation
Step 2: After logging in, navigate to the “Members” page:
Step 3: On the members page, select the blank profile icon in the center of the screen and follow your device’s prompts for adding a photo:
Please be sure to sure a photo that clearly shows your face without sunglasses or other obstructions.
Step 4: Press the “Save” button at the bottom of the page:
Step 5: Navigate to the other members of your family using the “My Members” panel:
Step 6: Repeat steps 3 and 4 with your other family members. Be sure to press save after each upload.
Your family’s profiles should now display their photos. We recommend double checking each profile and repeating the steps if a photo did not save properly.
Accessing Your Unique Membership QR Code
This season, our gate check-in staff will be equipped with QR Code scanners to help speed up the check-in process by quickly scanning a family’s unique membership QR Code. Instructions on how to access your family’s unique QR Code can be found below. Images are provided to show the process on both desktop and mobile browsers.

Step 3: Select the “QR Code” button on the members page:
You should now be on the page for your unique membership QR code, similar to the pictured sample. While you can access this page whenever you would like to check in at Colony Pool, we recommend you save a screenshot of this QR code or print it out to store in your wallet for your convenance.
