NOTICE OF ACTION TAKEN BY
TOWNSHIP OF CHATHAM ZONING BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE THAT on the 22nd day of October 2026 the Zoning Board of Adjustment of the Township of Chatham in the County of Morris took the following actions:
Resolution for variance relief relating to the construction of an-in-ground swimming pool with connecting patio areas/walkways and retaining walls, on property designated as Block 102.04, Lot 72 on the Township Tax Map and commonly known as 36 Rolling Hill Drive.
Resolution for variance relief relating to the construction of a covered portico over the existing front stoop on the existing dwelling, on property designated as Block 96, Lot 1 on the Township Tax Map and commonly known as 15 Linden Lane.
Resolutions of the Zoning Board of Adjustment with respect to the above matters are adopted and are filed in the Zoning Board of Adjustment office and are available for public inspection.
