NOTICE OF ACTION TAKEN BY
TOWNSHIP OF CHATHAM ZONING BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE THAT on the 10th day of June 2026 the Zoning Board of Adjustment of the Township of Chatham in the County of Morris took the following actions:
Amended resolution to change the address from 14 Club Road to 12 Club Road, on property designated as Block 15, Lot 3, on the Chatham Township Tax map, and commonly known as 868 River Road. This property is in the R5- Residential Zone.
Resolution for the disturbance of steep slopes related to the construction of several proposed improvements in the rear yard, including, but not limited to, an in-ground swimming pool, elevated deck expansion, spa, outdoor kitchen, fire pit and wet bar, with connecting patio areas/walkways and several retaining walls, on property designated as Block 62.03 Lot 21, on the Chatham Township Tax map, and commonly known as 106 van Houton Avenue. This property is in the R3- Residential Zone.
Resolutions of the Zoning Board of Adjustment with respect to the above matters are adopted and are filed in the Zoning Board of Adjustment office and are available for public inspection.
