NOTICE OF ACTION TAKEN BY
TOWNSHIP OF CHATHAM
ZONING BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE THAT on the 23rd day of April 2026 the Zoning Board of Adjustment of the Township of Chatham in the County of Morris took the following action:
Bulk variances relief relating to the construction of a two-story single-family dwelling reoriented to front on Club Road (14 Club Road) with associated improvements including an attached garage, rear deck, paver terrace, stepping stones, and an asphalt driveway, on property designated as Block: 15, Lot 3 on the Chatham Township Tax Map, and commonly known as 868 River Road. This property is in the R-3 Residential District Zone.
Resolution of the Zoning Board of Adjustment with respect to the above matter is adopted and is filed in the Zoning Board of Adjustment office and is available for public inspection.
