            The Board of Health of the Township of Chatham has awarded a contract without competitive bidding as an extraordinary, unspecifiable or professional service pursuant to N.J.S.A. 40A:11-5(1)(a)(i).  The resolution authorizing the contract and the contract itself are available for public inspection in the office of the Municipal Clerk.
