ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 2, ADMINISTRATION, OF THE REVISED GENERAL ORDINANCES OF THE TOWNSHIP OF CHATHAM, COUNTY OF MORRIS, STATE OF NEW JERSEY, ELIMINATING SECTION 68, SLUDGE DISPOSAL AGREEMENT
