Jen, her husband Kevin Boisvert, and her family have lived in Chatham for over 20 years, and her five children currently attend/have attended Chatham Schools.
Locally, Jen has served on the Board of Trustees of the Chatham Education Foundation as Audit Committee Chair, has been active in the Girl Scouts as Treasurer and other roles, and was a volunteer soccer coach and school volunteer. She currently serves on the boards of New Jersey Innovation Institute (an NJIT corporation) as Audit and Finance Committee Chair, Rescue Pals, Inc. as Treasurer, and the Women’s Leadership Initiative of the University of Delaware. She has previously served on the Boards of Girls With Impact and The All Stars Project of New Jersey.
Jen is a Global, Finance/Accounting leader, having held roles as Chief Financial Officer, Chief Audit Executive, and Partner at a Big 4 accounting firm. She is the founder and CEO of CFO Flex Consulting LLC, has done work in over 50 countries and speaks intermediate to fluent Spanish. Jen graduated from the University of Delaware with a B.S. in Accounting, and a minor in Spanish, and is a Certified Public Accountant and Certified Management Accountant.
Outside of time with her family, Jen spends time mentoring college students, women executives, and others.
