NOTICE TO BIDDERS
REVALUATION SERVICES
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sealed bids (“Bids”) will be received by the Township of Chatham, County of Morris, State of New Jersey (the “Township”) on December 20, 2024 at 11:00 a.m. at the Township’s Municipal Building, 58 Meyersville Road, Chatham, New Jersey 07928, at which time and place all Bids will be opened and read in public. No Bid Proposal submitted after the date and time specified will be opened or considered. Bids are sought from qualified individuals and/or firms capable of providing professional revaluation services to the Township with the primary goal to prepare and execute a complete program for the 2027 revaluation of all properties within the Township.
Specifications and Bid forms are on file in the office of the Township Clerk and may be obtained online by prospective bidders at no cost, during regular business hours (9:00 am to 4:00 p.m.) Monday through Friday, excluding holidays, beginning November 21, 2024.
The deadline for questions, clarifications, and request for information (“RFI”) regarding the Bid Specifications is on December 5, 2024, at 4:00 p.m. Questions and RFIs must be in writing. Send all questions and RFIs by email to: glaconte@chathamtownship.org with a copy to Township Counsel, Tiena M. Cofoni, at tcofoni@msbnj.com. Responses to all questions, clarifications and RFI will be by addendum, which shall be published in the official newspaper of the Township and provided to each Bidder who received the bid package no later than seven (7) days, Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays excepted, prior to the date for acceptance of Bids. A copy of the addendum will also be posted on the Township’s website.
All Bids shall be irrevocable, not subject to withdrawal and shall stand available for a period of sixty (60) days after the due date for submission of the Bids.
The Township reserves the right to reject any and all Bids and to waive informalities or irregularities in the Bids received in accordance with applicable law.
